A group of senior executives, former Vice Presidents, CHROs, CFOs, and Directors from Bangladesh's leading corporations, sat in a room with a shared frustration: the country's training landscape was broken.
Programs were either imported frameworks that ignored local realities, or low-quality sessions that amounted to little more than a day away from the office. Neither moved the needle on actual business performance.
They decided to build something different. An institute that would combine their collective 200+ years of real business leadership experience with world-class learning design, creating training that works in Bangladesh, for Bangladesh's organizations.
AcePro.io was born from this commitment: local training, global standard. Every module is designed to be immediately applicable on Monday morning, not just inspiring in the training room.
